As Group Head of Brand and Marketing at Central Poultry Malawi, he led a full-scale brand transformation, including the development of the organization’s first comprehensive brand guidelines in over two decades, packaging redesign, and alignment of marketing and sales strategies. His consulting portfolio includes delivering communication strategies, campaigns, and branding solutions for leading institutions such as Standard Bank, Airtel, TNM, and international NGOs, strengthening their market positioning and stakeholder engagement.

 

In addition to his corporate and consulting work, Matthew has demonstrated strong leadership in project management and advocacy-driven communications, delivering national-level campaigns, annual reports, and capacity-building initiatives for organizations such as Christian Aid, Trocaire, and Concern Worldwide. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and has served in governance roles within the creative and project management sectors, further reinforcing his multidisciplinary approach to strategy and execution.
