Holger Reichert has over three decades of experience as an Organizational Development Specialist, working across a wide range of industries and sectors. Over the years, he has gained extensive expertise by initiating and leading pioneering non-profit projects in Germany.

He is the founder of empowerment4all, an initiative that established primary schools in Northern India. In addition, he serves as an ambassador for Opportunity International Germany, supporting programs aimed at empowering the ultra-poor.

Since 2021, Holger has been actively engaged in multiple development projects in Malawi. He is also the co-founder of the Kwela Development Fund, where he contributes as a partner in resource mobilization and strategic development.
